Attendance
Regular school attendance is important to your child\'s progress. Our school has a 24-hour attendance telephone line to help parents call us at any time about absences or other attendance information. If your student must be absent, please call 425-385-7505 or provide a written excuse describing the reason for the absence, tardy or early dismissal from school.Absences must be excused by a parent each day a student is absent.A Connect-Ed call goes out each morning to the home phone number of every student who is not in first period.
When a series of unexcused absences occurs, the school is required by law to contact the parents, schedule a conference to address the concern, and report the concern to the local juvenile court as required by Washington state law, the Becca Bill (WAC 392-121-108). If you have questions or concerns about this law or our policies, please contact us.
